Coaching Sessions

We meet 6 times (via zoom) to take an in-depth view at your test results, your symptoms and what is going on with you. I will help you implement tools and techniques that have been dependably proven to improve sleep and reduce stress.

Custom protocol

You will receive a CUSTOM protocol with natural supplement suggestions based on your personal test results and symptoms to support your sleep and overall health.

Lab Tests

TEST, DON’T GUESS! We will run five industry gold-standard lab tests to see the status of your gut, your hormones and thyroid as well as your minerals. This will help us focus right from the start.

All tests are done from the comfort of your home. They will be dropped off and picked up by a courier.
